Professional residential driveway sealing company is seeking candidates to fill the following positions:
Door to Door Estimators
Are you a person who thrives on fresh air, high energy and working on your own? We're looking for confident, driven individuals to join our fast-growing driveway sealing team as a Door-to-Door Estimator! As a Door-to-Door Estimator & Flyer Distributor, you will play a key role in attracting new customers. You'll walk through designated neighbourhoods, delivering estimates, engaging homeowners, and provide free, on-the-spot estimates for driveway sealing services.
No cold calls. No Sales. No stuffy office. Just YOU, a clipboard, and the open road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk or drive through assigned areas delivering estimates/flyers to homes
- Offer free estimates using simple measuring tools (training provided)
- Report completed areas and leads at the end of each shift
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Reliable transportation to get to designated areas
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Basic math or measuring skills (for estimates)
- Must be at least 18 years old
Outdoor Work – Enjoy the fresh air and freedom of the field. Days and weekend shifts
No Experience Needed – We provide all the training
Driveway Sealing Technicians
Driveway Sealing Techs will operate the vehicle with the driveway sealing equipment and will drive to assigned daily scheduled appointments.
Duties include preparing driveways prior to sealing. Sealing the driveway with our spray sealing equipment. Clean up . Sealer tank fill.
Must be personable and professional when dealing with clientele.
***Please note that there are no door to door sales involved as a sealer***
Valid G class Drivers license is required for this position.
Need to work well with others as all Sealers are part of a 2 member team.
Pay is based on driveway jobs completed.
