Our Process
Preparation
The finish of a driveway can only be as good as its preparation. That's why we trim the grass along the driveway if needed. From there it's a good sweeping of the entire driveway and followed with a blower to get the last of the debris removed from the surface.
Protection
Rigid and flexible boards are used to protect other hardscape surfaces such as pavers and concrete walkways. These create crisp lines and keep overspray contained.
Spraying
Typically we spray the perimeter of the driveway using the protection boards and then move in and fill the remaining area. We use a quality oil based sealer with a high resistance to fuel, salt and tire wear..
Caution Line
Lastly, we place a caution line at the bottom of the driveway to keep people from driving onto it while it dries.
Leave it for 48 hours.
